The site does not collect any personal data through forms and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only personal data processed is that which you voluntarily provide by email (address, message content) as part of a request for a systemic reading or any other exchange that you initiate.

Responding to your request, organizing and invoicing the service where applicable, complying with applicable accounting and tax obligations.
Third-party content
The video embedded on the home page is streamed from YouTube in "no-cookie" mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies as long as the video is not played. Playing the video may trigger the application of YouTube's / Google's privacy policy.
Retention period
Email exchanges are kept for as long as necessary for relationship follow-up, then archived in accordance with Belgian legal obligations (in particular 7 years for accounting documents).
